These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed for Ravens-Outdoor products (“Products”) through our website, online shop, or through any authorised sales channel operated by us (“Seller”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

 

Product Description

We make every effort to describe and photograph the Stem-Dock accurately. Minor variations in colour, finish, or packaging may occur. Stem-Dock is a workshop aid intended for competent bicycle mechanics. It must be used only as described in the accompanying instructions. Available here.
 

Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is an error in pricing, stock, or suspected misuse.

• You will receive confirmation once your order has been accepted.
   

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown in GBP and include/exclude VAT (state whichever applies).

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

• Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
   

Shipping & Delivery

• When in immediate stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of payment.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors including location.

• Risk passes to you when items are delivered to the address provided.

• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

Returns & warranty

As a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Product for any reason.
To return a Product:

1. Notify us within 14 days of purchase.

2. Return the item unused, in its original condition.

3. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

4. Please see individual products for individual warranty terms.
    

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives faulty or damaged:

• Contact us within 14 days of receipt with a description and photos.

• We will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK Consumer Rights legislation.
   

Normal wear, misuse, improper setup, unauthorised modifications, or damage caused during workshop procedures are not considered manufacturing faults and may fall under improper use therefore cannot be accepted as "faulty"
 

Safety & Use Disclaimer

Stem-Dock is designed to assist with bicycle fork removal and handling.
By purchasing, you agree that:

• You will use the Product in accordance with the provided instructions.

• You understand that incorrect use may cause damage or injury.

• You are responsible for judging your own mechanical competence.
   

The Seller accepts no liability for damage to bicycles, components, tools, or property arising from improper fitting or use.
 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the Product.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost time, labour costs, or business interruption.
   

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, trademarks, documentation, and branding relating to Stem-Dock remain the property of the Seller and may not be reproduced without permission.
 

Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We only collect information needed to process orders and provide customer support.
 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland / United Kingdom.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of your region unless consumer law requires otherwise. We have no provision to offer the above terms with confidence outside of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
